Emmanuel United Methodist Church
Celebrating over 150 years of serving our community
Pastor Bradley Hamilton
July 2024 - current
On July 1, 2024 Bradley Hamilton was appointed to serve Emmanuel as our supply pastor. He is a Fleetwood native who was baptized and confirmed in our church. He has had many leadership roles; Sunday School teacher, Youth Leader, Lay member to Annual Conference and a lengthy tenure as President of the Administrative Council. Brad’s faith deepened as he served in his many capacities and he took classes to became a Christ Servant Minister in 2019. He preached occasionally when Pastor Mark Dricker was on vacation and felt that God had led him to answer the call when Pastor Mark became ill in January 2024. Brad has been leading worship and preaching weekly since that time and the District Superintendant appointed Brad to officially serve Emmanuel after Pastor Dricker succumbed to his illness.
Brad graduated from Fleetwood High School and Kutztown University with a degree in Business Administration. He has worked (and continues to work) as a Sales Manager for Cooper Booth Wholesale Company for 47 years. Brad lives in Fleetwood and has been married to his wife Deanne for 47 years. They have two children, Jon, who is married to Selina, and Jamie, who is married to Chad Evans. They have 5 grandchildren.
